Today is Easter at school since they are out tomorrow for Good Friday.  Kylee and I made some quick cupcakes last night with little Peep Chicks on them for her class party.

CBob didn't want to smile for a pic this morning.  He was ready to get to school for some egg hunting!  I sent Easter shaped cojack cheese for his party.

Kylee was all (toothless) smiles today since she got a visit from the tooth fairy last night.  (Second visit this week!!)  She dressed in her Easter dress today since her grade is going to the nursing home to sing Easter songs and deliver cards.

Spring Playday #2

We had another playday this last weekend.  It was like 95 degrees, but the wind was also blowing like 95mph!  It was a lot of fun though.  The kids love being there all day playing with all their friends and riding their horses.  CBob did great in his events, then he got too hot and threw up, all over his clothes.  And of course, the #1 mom that I am, didn't have an extra set, hence the nakey pic at the bottom.  He ran around from 1pm til we left at 730 with only a diaper on.  Well, plus ALOT of dirt.  We had to spray him with sunscreen every 30 minutes, so he really was a "dirt magnet."  Kylee did great.  I didnt get many pics because I forgot to charge my camera battery, so I was trying to preserve as much as I could to get pics of Kylee since I wasnt there for her first one.  I videoed CBob's so the one pic I have of him, I stole from Holly again ;). Thanks!

Loaded up and truckin!

A few weekends ago, CBob was playing out the back door and I found him hooking his cozy coupe up to the spray rig. I ran in and got my camera and followed him around. It was hilarious. He would check the hitch, and then the lights, he even banged on the trailer and hollered at the imaginary cows. His miniature cow dog followed him around the whole time. You think he has seen this done a few times?! (This pics are posted in the complete reverse order that I wanted them posted.)

San Antonio, TX

I had to go to San Antonio for a week for work last month. It was a fun trip, but lots of work and very tiring. I was so ready to get home and see my family and rest! It was hardest on Kylee. She was so sad that I was gone. Here are some fun pics of the trip and a letter that Kylee wrote me at school. (Again, not in the order I wanted, but not fighting blogger.)

Capitol 10k

Mom and I did the Capitol 10k again this year. This time we were smart and drove down the night before. We did a little shopping and good eating. The weather was great for the race and it was lots of fun. I had a cute pic of myself in front of the Capitol building but my Mommy Dearest has yet to forward it to me. ;) hint, hint.

Spring Playday #1

Our first Spring Playday was a few weeks ago. (Im a little behind in blogland.) These pics are out of order because I refuse to fight with blogger anymore. This was CBob's first playday. He had so much fun! Unfortunately, I had made plans to head to Austin for the Capitol 10k months before the playday was scheduled, so I did not get to see Kylee run, but I did steal one pic from Holly to post! (Thanks!)

Happy St Patty's Day!

Sadly the St Pattys Day bento never made it :(.  The kids are with their Gran today doing lots of fun stuff that did not call for a bento.  Plus last night was pizza and a movie night and Im not usually very motivated on Wednesday nights, lol.  So....I bring you a St Pattys Day pic.  I wanted to wake the kids up early so I could get a pic of them with me in all our green, but that did not happen.  So this is a photo shot from the hubs camera phone.  Enjoy!

Im still here!! March is my favorite month but it is SUPER busy!!  Mine and my hubs wedding anniversary plus both our birthdays!  Plus its a super busy month at work.  Hopefully I will catch up soon.  Here is a quick bento from last week for now.  Im hoping to make atleast one St Pattys Day themed bento tonight!  And Kylee informed me that she wants me to make her lunch EVERY day now, even on Wednesday (Pizza) day!  So I'll have plenty of posts once Spring Break is over!

Kylee's 7th Birthday Pow Wow

We celebrated Kylee's 7th Birthday this weekend with an Indian themed horse riding party.  The party was amazing. 

Here is the invitation I created.  This picture was actually taken a year ago Halloween.  But she hasnt changed much!

There were too buckets of rocks, one with animals names on them, and one with adjectives, etc, on them.  The kids drew one rock out of each bucket to form their "Indian Name" for the party.  It was very funny.

Her party was amazing.  I think all the kids and adults had a great time.  There were so many that helped out, I am so appreciative.  So thank each and everyone of you all!!
