Spring Playday #2

We had another playday this last weekend.  It was like 95 degrees, but the wind was also blowing like 95mph!  It was a lot of fun though.  The kids love being there all day playing with all their friends and riding their horses.  CBob did great in his events, then he got too hot and threw up, all over his clothes.  And of course, the #1 mom that I am, didn't have an extra set, hence the nakey pic at the bottom.  He ran around from 1pm til we left at 730 with only a diaper on.  Well, plus ALOT of dirt.  We had to spray him with sunscreen every 30 minutes, so he really was a "dirt magnet."  Kylee did great.  I didnt get many pics because I forgot to charge my camera battery, so I was trying to preserve as much as I could to get pics of Kylee since I wasnt there for her first one.  I videoed CBob's so the one pic I have of him, I stole from Holly again ;). Thanks!

Spring Playday #1

Our first Spring Playday was a few weeks ago. (Im a little behind in blogland.) These pics are out of order because I refuse to fight with blogger anymore. This was CBob's first playday. He had so much fun! Unfortunately, I had made plans to head to Austin for the Capitol 10k months before the playday was scheduled, so I did not get to see Kylee run, but I did steal one pic from Holly to post! (Thanks!)

Playday time!

Saturday Kylee had a playday.  Cody was gone to a leadership meeting so I had it all to myself.  It was a long hot day and I had my camera, but I was just too tired and busy chasing Clanc that I just didn't get many pics.  I did video Kylee's first three events, but I haven't gotten them uploaded yet.  I will post them if I can figure out how.  Cody showed up and relieved me around 5, so I took my 2-year-old-without-a-nap home!  She did excellent in all her events!  And of course they both just had fun being with friends and family and outside all day!

BSCC Playday Awards Banquet

We attended the Boots N Saddle Cowboy Church Playday Awards Banquet on Sunday. Kylee won a new buckle with her name on it, a BSCC jacket and a Cowboy Bible. She was so excited that she got her first "black' buckle!

The Boots N Saddle Cowboy Church Playday Awards Banquet was Saturday night. Kylee received a buckle, a backpack, a devotional book, and a few other things. Her favorite was the little devotional book. She couldn't wait to get started on it!
